Holiday Faves 2014 Sneak Peek

Hi Lynette! I’ve never done any kind of printed digital albums, aside from a couple photo books, so I’m new to this size. I did a quick search and found these Sn@p Binders in a 6×8 size. Is that a good binder to use? Do you suggest anything else? (ps. I see you’re selling your photo book templates, but I miss your layout templates!!!!! If you ever decide to design and sell them again I will be lined up at your door.)

Hi Val! The Snap binders will work great for this! You can either use the page protectors for your pages or you can hole punch your pages and put them directly into the album (which is what I’ve done in the past). I’ll be sharing more of how I’m putting my album together once everything is released but if you have more questions, feel free to ask!

Thanks so much! I’m going to ahead and order it then, because I have an Amazon gift cert to use 🙂 I have this little 3-hold punch that is smaller than the standard sized one. I used it to make my recipe binder out of the smaller sized binder that Martha Stewart makes. Do you think it’s the right size for the Snap binder? I’d also rather not use the page protectors for the whole thing.

      • Val says:

Oh, one more thing (sorry). What is a good paper to use? I usually use HP’s brochure paper, but I suspect I won’t be able to write on that. Unless there is a special pen or something.
