I want to be awesome at being authentic, that when my children or family read my words, they hear my voice and the way I speak, telling the stories and remaking history – as the historian that’s my right. It should be like I am there sharing the facts, the snippets that need to be shared.

  2. Stephanie (schock77) says:

What do I want to be awesome at? Everything! I want to take better pictures to help illustrate my everyday life. I want to do a better job at designing layouts to be visually appealing and not overwhelming the photos. And finally and perhaps the most important- journaling! I want to be able to tell my story long after I’m gone- and have stories for my children to remember, continue and pass on. πŸ™‚

I want to be awesome at everything, of course, but most important to me, even more than the memory or story, I want my girls to be able to see the love that I have for them through these layouts – I hope someday when they’re older, they’ll be able to see the los I make and see all the love I have for them, through the stories and photographs and memories I’m preserving for them πŸ™‚
